It is great to see Porsche acknowledging the hard work and heartbreak that Toyota faced at Le Mans this year. Great sportsmanship that you would not see in NASCAR or F1. Reminds me of the Audi/Peugeot tradition where after each Le Mans the loosing team would visit the winners hospitality building to trade shirts and celebrate what both teams achieved. Good to see it has continued past the end of Peugeot’s time at Le Mans.

Super classy move by Porsche. Gotta respect that. On the other hand, I think I saw somewhere that Ford was protesting Ferrari’s second-place finish because of their light issue.

Those t shirts could be taken horribly out of context.

I think that that protest is going to be removed. When asked about it Chip Gannasi did not know about it. I imagine he will step in and remove the protest and someone will get reprimanded.

Both the #68 Ford and #82 Ferrari received post race time penalties. But neither penalty has changed the still provisional results, as the FIA/ACO are continuing to look into the 107% performance index of the Ford GTs compared to the LMP2s, which came following a formal complaint filed by both Aston Martin and Ferrari.

You see it in F1, I have seen plenty of people go talk to other teams/drivers. They don’t always put it on TV.

I saw this but had other things on my mind, for one food, among other things.
And my daughter asked if I stayed up all night, I had to tell her no. One day I will watch the complete LaMans race.
